Job Summary
Production Supervisor will supervise a manufacturing workforce, provide on-the-job training, coordinate with the Production Manager and Leads to manage multiple projects, promote urgency, address problems, and ensure process adherence. Must have IPC-620 and J-STD-001 experience; certification is a PLUS. Supervisory duties include ensuring cost-effective production, developing and implementing SOPs, maintaining quality standards, training and cross-training staff, and optimizing resources and processes across aerospace/military assembly contexts.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years of manufacturing experience in assembly and equipment processes (molding, braiding, soldering, machining)
- 5+ years of Supervisory experience w/ 50+ personnel
- 5+ years of Lead experience
- Ability to manage interpersonal issues of employees
- Manage and schedule overtime production as needed.
- General computer and MS Office for reporting
