Job Summary
Direct and supervise the production team on the day shift, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets while achieving waste reduction and sustainability goals. Manage labor planning, staffing requirements, and production sequencing; monitor activities, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement. Plan and communicate daily, weekly, and monthly objectives; train and evaluate team on safety, quality, and SOP adherence; maintain training documentation and production equipment knowledge. Record and submit daily performance reports, analyze progress related to production, quality, safety, staffing, and maintenance; demonstrate strong verbal and written communication and analytical skills. Requires 3+ years of leadership in manufacturing; Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant manufacturing experience; high school diploma or equivalent required; proficiency in Excel and Outlook (and basic Word/PowerPoint) is expected.
Required Qualifications

- High School diploma or equivalent required
- 5+ years’ experience with a minimum 3 years’ experience working in a supervisory position
