Production Supervisor (Day Shift)

Lead the day shift team by delivering results against daily and weekly production schedules through active participation in team meetings and safety talks. Resolve employee issues via counselling, investigations, or grievance meetings while collaborating with cross-functional groups like FSQA and Reliability. Facilitate task observations, conduct audits, and manage administration duties including payroll and shift reporting. Maintain a positive culture by listening to concerns and providing timely responses to all team members.
