Production Supervisor

Manage and schedule plant operations for bindery, mailing, shipping, inventory, and fulfillment to ensure cost-effective, on-time delivery of quality marketing products. Plan, organize, and direct workflows to maximize return on assets while minimizing production costs through effective utilization of manpower and equipment. Establish accountabilities for problem solving and cost reduction, manage spending against budget, and address employee relations issues promptly. Continually improve safety records, maintain housekeeping standards, and enhance individual skills in production management. Work extended hours, evenings, and weekends as needed, with physical demands including standing for 8 to 12 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs. Reports to the Plant Manager at Darwill, a premier provider of complex marketing products in McCook, IL.
