Production Supervisor - Dairy

Supervise a production shift by managing day-to-day operations, coaching hourly teams to meet production, safety, and quality targets, and leading sanitation efforts to ensure lines are ready for start-up. Direct and monitor sanitation activities per the Master Sanitation Schedule while communicating operational status and maintenance issues to leadership. Drive team engagement, train employees to achieve peak performance, and ensure compliance with food safety, GMP, and SOX standards. Monitor KPIs, implement corrective actions for variances, and resolve equipment or process issues by partnering with Maintenance or QA. Complete shift handoff reporting, lead safety meetings, and participate in incident investigations. Collaborate with scheduling, warehouse, and support teams for seamless operations while supporting execution of WIGs and plant improvement projects.
