Job Summary
Seeking a Production Supervisor for the Cut Floor on 2nd shift at Indiana Packers Corporation. Responsible for leading production operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards, managing team performance, and achieving production goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year leadership experience in a fresh kill /cut meat processing / packing environment OR 5+ years' experience of management / leadership experience in a food/beverage manufacturing facility managing 10+ direct reports.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work in extreme hot, cold, wet, humid, and odorous environments.
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of USDA and HACCP procedures
- OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
- Good computer literacy skills
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
