Lead shift operations to ensure personal safety, food safety, product quality, and productivity standards are consistently met. Direct team members to follow standardized work, including HACCP and GMPs, while fostering cohesion and resolving conflicts. Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and cost performance, collaborating with cross-functional leaders on new product commercialization and audit readiness. Troubleshoot operational issues through observation, coaching, and procedural updates, serving as the primary contact for food safety or quality concerns. Manage accurate inventory handling and material flow, recommending improvements in supply chain processes. Maintain SQF audit compliance and support the development of team members' skills.
