Job Summary
Set challenging production standards and develop the Annual Operating Plan to drive line efficiencies, safety, and quality. Track key performance indicators and costs while anticipating trends that compromise financial targets. Oversee equipment reliability to minimize downtime and ensure full compliance with Health & Safety regulations. Build front-line personnel capability through hiring, training, and effective communication. Requires a High School Diploma with two years of operations experience and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- A minimum of 2 years of Operations or Logistics experience
- Demonstrated front-line supervisory skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings and/or weekends
- Demonstrated planning and organization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree is an asset
- Experience in consumer packaged goods or a related industry a plus
