Production Supervisor - Cone Line 1st Shift Liberty

Responsible for all activities involved in production line operations on the Cone Line, 1st shift. Coordinate line work to meet production orders, maintain quality standards, and ensure adherence to GMP and HACCP procedures. Lead and mentor approximately 40 team members, provide training and development, communicate performance standards, and enforce safety practices. Collaborate with maintenance and management to keep equipment and work areas in optimal condition, seek opportunities for continuous improvement (lean manufacturing and TQM), and ensure documentation is completed per company policies. Bilingual English & Spanish preferred but not required; experience in food manufacturing and a strong focus on safety, quality, and GMP standards are valued. This role requires the ability to work in a poultry production environment with appropriate PPE and adherence to company policies on equal employment opportunities.
