Job Summary
As a Production Supervisor at Columbus Brick, you will lead and motivate production teams to achieve safety, quality, and production goals while fostering a strong safety culture. You will coordinate with maintenance for equipment repairs, analyze processes for continuous improvement, organize production schedules, and oversee inventory accuracy. The position requires strong communication and leadership skills, solid computer proficiency, and mechanical aptitude. Experience with automated systems is advantageous.
