Job Summary
Manage production activities and team coordination while overseeing CNC, VMC, and HMC machine programming and setting. Lead cycle time reduction and line balancing efforts, ensuring strict adherence to PPAP documentation standards. Apply deep knowledge of tools, jigs, and fixtures to optimize production planning and process efficiency. This role requires 5–7 years of experience with an ITI, Diploma, or BE Mechanical background, offering a salary of 3 to 4 LPA in Pune.
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience in CNC / VMC / HMC machine programming & setting (Any one machine mandatory)
- Production planning and process knowledge
