Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee laundry production in a hospital/hospitality processing facility, coordinating daily work schedules and assignments for production staff, monitoring productivity and safety, counseling and coaching employees, maintaining accurate productivity records, and communicating operational issues to the Operations/Production Manager. Responsible for direct supervision of Laundry departments and plant staff, ensuring efficient, accurate order fulfillment and high service levels. Requires team-building, problem-solving, scheduling, decision-making, multitasking, initiative, urgency, flexibility, and leadership, with an associate’s degree preferred and 1–3 years of supervisory experience; proficient use of Microsoft Office suite is expected.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree in a related field preferred
- At least 1 to 3 years combined operations/supervisory experience required
- Proficient in the use of Windows based office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
