Production Supervisor

Provide a safe work environment by ensuring employees receive safety training, use proper equipment, and adhere to all policies. Lead accident investigations, track line efficiencies, and recommend process changes to reduce labor and material costs. Maintain product quality, manage production schedules, and administer disciplinary actions as needed. Train and mentor employees, resolve vacation conflicts, and conduct monthly departmental meetings. Maintain timekeeping records and attend management training classes. Work in a Goodyear, AZ manufacturing facility with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, two years in manufacturing, and three to five years as a supervisor.
