Job Summary
Check daily production orders to ensure fulfillment of customer orders and verify that every position is filled before start-up. Oversee team morning exercises, job rotation, and machinery maintenance while ensuring all workstations pass USDA Inspection. Monitor accurate shipments, inventory rotation, and product coding, then keep records of reworked or returned items. Train, retain, and counsel team members on personal and professional problems while promoting safety through daily checks and monthly meetings. Communicate company benefits and compensation policies to staff and solve processing problems with other supervisors.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year in a manufacturing environment
- poultry or prior supervisory experience
- High school diploma
- Basic computer skills
- Strong communication skills
- 1-5 trips per year
- Must reside in the United States
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

Desired Qualifications
- Education beyond high school including special training, vocational school and/or college courses
- Experience in poultry or prior supervisory experience
