Job Summary
Production Supervisor to lead electronics manufacturing lines focusing on the assembly and integration of advanced liquid cooling solutions and data center racks. Responsible for daily oversight of production, line quality, safety, and team efficiency; forecasts and owns output targets; manages line personnel and materials; enforces quality standards, conducts in-line inspections, performs root-cause analysis, and implements corrective actions (8D). Leads, mentors, and evaluates frontline staff; ensures adherence to EHS policies; drives continuous improvement through Lean initiatives (5S, Kaizen) and supports production data tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 4 to 6+ years of relevant experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
- at least 2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
- Demonstrated experience in EMS/electronics manufacturing
- familiarity with liquid cooling components or data center rack integration
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field (Engineering, Manufacturing Technology) preferred
- proficiency in basic PC applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
