Job Summary
Production Supervisor for the Casting department at Magna/Kamtek Castings responsible for safety, supervision of Team Leaders and operators, ensuring productivity, quality and adherence to safety and environmental policies. Enforces 5S, conducts pre-shift safety talks, monitors KPIs, coordinates scheduling and staffing, facilitates cross-functional collaboration, drives continuous improvement, and supports engineering changes. Requires High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years in automotive manufacturing leadership with strong communication, team-building and problem-solving abilities. Must be able to work extended hours and travel to multiple locations as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Leadership experience in automotive manufacturing preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work extended or flexible hours
- Willingness to work in multiple locations
