Job Summary
Production Supervisor on C Shift at Tyson Ham Plant responsible for maintaining high production, quality, and yields while upholding safe operation. Responsibilities include ensuring daily production orders are fulfilled, staffing before start-up, overseeing team member rotation and ergonomics, ensuring machinery performance, passing USDA inspections, promoting safety, managing shipments/inventory coding, communicating benefits/policies, coaching and developing team members, performing HR functions, tracking yields/labor/efficiency/quality, and generating improvement actions. Requires 1+ year manufacturing supervisory experience and high school diploma; travel 1–5 trips/year; relocation eligible; background checks may apply. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred)
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
