Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Oversee and supervise day-to-day crushing-related production activities (crush, refinery, milling, packaging, warehouse, boiler house, and/or elevator) ensuring safe, efficient operations with a focus on achieving high productivity and adherence to sanitation and food-safety requirements. Promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement, track shift productivity, approve daily reports and KPIs, troubleshoot operational issues, and provide input to the Production Operations Manager/Plant Manager on annual shutdown planning. Support Process Safety Management, coordinate with the Safety/Environmental Manager, participate in daily production meetings, and act as a change agent to meet safety, quality, and production goals.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in soybean crushing, oil refining, milling, oil packaging operations, or related activities
- High School graduate or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field is preferred
- Proficiency with basic computer skills (e.g., Lotus Notes, Microsoft Word)
- Ability to work odd hours, weekends and rotating shift schedule
