Job Summary
Execute operational production and warehousing processes, performing all aspects of the Production Manager's duties during absences. Supervise specific departments directly, coordinate hazardous waste functions, and monitor regulatory postings while participating in monthly safety inspections and customer plant visits. Assist in reviews of safety, quality control, and maintenance reports to identify non-conformities, develop operating procedures to eliminate problems, and revise production schedules based on audits or equipment failures. Monitor and control disposition of non-conforming material, oversee training records, and guide personnel in developing process descriptions and training requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in management or technical field
- 4 years of front-line supervisory experience in a chemical or related industry

- Ability to interface well with customers
