Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, or related production operations, including leadership or supervisory responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and support hourly teams in a production environment.
- Ability to learn and support food safety, quality, and workplace safety requirements, including USDA and OSHA standards.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, make sound decisions, and support consistent production performance.
- Ability to use computer systems, complete production documentation, and apply basic math related to manufacturing.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a consistent assigned schedule, with occasional flexibility based on production needs.
