Job Summary
Supervise daily production room operations, ensuring efficient workflow, adherence to schedules, and quality standards for processed merchandise. Coach and develop team members, assist in training new hires on safety protocols, and conduct regular safety inspections to maintain compliance. Collaborate with the Production Manager to resolve operational issues, optimize productivity, and build production schedules to improve labor efficiency. Provide input for performance evaluations and review key reports to understand departmental goals and contribute to achieving performance metrics. Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment requiring flexibility to switch tasks based on operational needs.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to occasionally lift and carry up to 25 lbs
- Ability to frequently exert up to 25 lbs of force
- Ability to constantly apply negligible force
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Proficient in performing repetitive motions such as extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction
- Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less and 20 feet or more
- Closed-toe shoes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and busy environment

- Ability to work effectively in a bright environment

Desired Qualifications

- High school diploma or GED
- Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer facing experience
