Job Summary
Supervise production shifts on a rotating basis, overseeing process, packaging, maintenance, and yard personnel to drive productivity and foster continuous improvement. Lead operations by training operators, troubleshooting machinery issues, and resolving production-related problems while adhering to safety policies and maintaining high-quality standards. Monitor key operating parameters, conduct plant inspections, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and raw material usage targets. Manage production staff by addressing attendance issues, coordinating coverage for absences, maintaining accurate timekeeping, and participating in hiring discussions for new operator positions.
Required Qualifications
- H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 3 years as a production supervisor or 5 years as a lead operator in an industrial manufacturing environment or 1 year of supervisory experience with a bachelor's degree
- If applying for positions in the U.S., must be eligible to work in the U.S. without need for employer sponsored visa (work permit)

- Experience in a continuous process manufacturing environment
