Job Summary
Production Supervisor leads daily Production Operations to meet safety, quality, productivity, and schedule targets. Enforces safety programs, conducts risk assessments, investigates incidents, and implements corrective actions. Ensures compliance with GMPs, Sanitation Standards, food safety requirements, and production specifications to maintain product quality. Trains, coaches, and develops employees; provides performance feedback, addresses team conflicts, and supports employee evaluations and disciplinary processes. Drives operational excellence by monitoring line performance, reducing waste, improving efficiency, coordinating changeovers, and maintaining documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Associate's degree preferred
- 2+ years of food manufacturing experience
- experience supervising production processes and equipment
- mechanical aptitude
- knowledge of GMP, HACCP, BRC, SFQ, and Food Safety requirements
- Lean Manufacturing experience
- Continuous Improvement experience
