Job Summary
Direct, coordinate, and monitor the daily activities and performance of the Production Operations team to assure compliance with standard company policies, procedures, quality, and safety. Manage and track the flow of product through the Packaging process efficiently, while creating and maintaining production schedules to meet customer requirements and use resources effectively. Partner with leadership to establish operational standards for cost control, safety, and on-time delivery. Provide coaching and mentorship to warehouse employees, conduct daily department meetings, and train staff on production and safety best practices. Oversee employee relations, including staff selection, performance evaluations, and corrective actions. Create and maintain SOP documents, solicit employee feedback to improve procedural execution, and ensure a positive, safe, and healthy work environment through constant process evaluation and documentation.
