Production Supervisor - B shift Seating Division

Direct all activities within the Seating production area to ensure on-time, quality output while supervising departmental personnel. Plan and schedule staff for vacations, temporary workers, and overtime in coordination with the Production Manager. Monitor daily production requirements and HSE/5S policies throughout the shift, providing quality feedback during daily start-up meetings. Train and monitor employee performance to maintain certification and updated training matrices. Compile KPI data, populate end-of-shift reports, and enforce job rotations. Participate in team leader meetings and quality initiatives to identify continuous improvement opportunities. Requires 3-5 years of production experience, including 1-3 years in automotive, with the ability to travel to customer sites.
