Job Summary
The Production Supervisor role is a hands-on supervisory position in a pork processing facility, responsible for managing over 30 employees and optimizing production efficiencies. The supervisor ensures food safety standards and product quality are upheld while meeting production targets.
Required Qualifications
- High school education and four (4) years of management/management support in a food manufacturing facility
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office; Word and Excel
Desired Qualifications
- College degree in an engineering field or more than four (4) years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility
- Excellent computer skills, including the use of Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language
- Experience with AS400, Kronos, ADP eTime, and Carlisle systems
