Job Summary
Supervise and direct production employees to maximize efficiency, productivity, and quality by assigning work, monitoring performance, and providing coaching and training. Ensure compliance with safety policies, quality standards, and operating procedures while coordinating staffing and workflow to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Collaborate with Maintenance, Engineering, and Quality departments to resolve issues, review production data for continuous improvement, and maintain accurate records for management reports. Foster a positive work environment through teamwork and employee engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to interpret production schedules, procedures, and technical documentation
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and standard manufacturing systems
- Ability to analyze problems, make sound decisions, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
