Job Summary
Lead daily assembly operations at the Las Vegas facility to achieve production, quality, safety, and delivery goals. Supervise and develop production employees through coaching, training, and performance management while managing staffing, scheduling, and labor utilization. Ensure compliance with quality standards, SOPs, and medical device regulatory requirements, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase throughput and reduce defects. Establish standardized processes, work instructions, and training programs to build a scalable manufacturing operation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational challenges. First shift runs 4:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. or second shift from 12:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven history of leading large teams.
- Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
- Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to work in cleanroom and laboratory environments.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Desired Qualifications
- Two to three years of experience in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing teams in medical device manufacturing or similar regulated industries.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address production challenges.
- Familiarity with Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) or similar enterprise systems.
