Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of production personnel to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals. Review production schedules, adjust workflow and staffing priorities, and monitor output, downtime, and efficiency metrics. Provide leadership, training, and coaching to employees while promoting cross-training for operational flexibility. Troubleshoot equipment, material, and process issues by coordinating with Engineering, Quality, and Maintenance functions. Lead Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment. Ensure compliance with all safety requirements, quality standards, and manufacturing procedures.
