Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of production workers across juice, arils, and sanitation functions to support daily operations and validate Standard Work Sequences. Strategically plan production activities to meet targets while enforcing SOPs, monitoring equipment functionality, and managing raw material inventory levels. Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to drive improvements in Overall Equipment Effectiveness, prevent over-production, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage the FMDS board, conduct daily meetings, and maintain precise production records for performance tracking. During peak season, foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2-4 years progressively responsible Production experience in a supervisory capacity
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques
- Knowledge of production processes
- Knowledge of quality control
- Knowledge of costs
- Knowledge of techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Oracle software
Desired Qualifications
- Specific emphasis in manufacturing preferably within a production/manufacturing setting
