Responsible for the efficient operation of Manufacturing Department, overseeing production schedules, supervising staff, ensuring safe workplace practices, and resolving production issues.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3+ years of related work experience or training
- 2+ years of supervisory/leadership experience
- Experience in manufacturing and supervision
- Ability to prepare and interpret various metrics, and reports
- Ability to identify problems and take appropriate corrective measures
- Proficient mathematical skills
- Valid Drivers License
