Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor responsible for leading Team Leaders and guiding teams to meet company goals. Role supports Operations Manager, drives accountability for safety, quality and continuous improvement, and maintains effective communication with leadership and cross-functional groups. Key duties include coaching and developing Team Leaders, guiding Team Members to achieve objectives, ensuring payroll accuracy via Timekeeping System, enforcing safety and PPE rules, managing housekeeping, addressing quality issues through corrective actions, maintaining adherence to processes (FIFO, Min/Max), and fostering a positive, results-oriented culture. Requires 2+ years in automotive industry or with team leadership; high school diploma; strong people skills, problem-solving abilities, and effective written and oral communication.
