Production Supervisor

Lead and develop Team Leaders to drive world-class performance in a manufacturing/assembly environment. Coach and guide team members to achieve company goals, maintain payroll accuracy through timely attendance entries, and sustain a culture focused on safety, quality, and cost improvement. Maintain strong communication with the Operations Manager and other lead managers; conduct regular meetings; enforce housekeeping and safety rules (including PPE and dock practices); manage corrective actions for quality issues using structured problem-solving methods; coordinate with support groups (materials, IT, QSG) and drive accountability across teams. Flexible scheduling to cover vacations or overtime; candidate should have a solid foundation in automotive manufacturing operations and proven leadership, with strong analytical and interpersonal skills; familiar with union relationships and operating in a rapid-paced environment.
