Job Summary
Oversee melting and casting production, including mold cleaning, preparation, and equipment maintenance. Plan, organize, and schedule work to minimize interruptions while meeting department objectives. Supervise team members, apply company policies, maintain employee relations, resolve complaints, and ensure workplace safety and housekeeping standards. Cross-train as required and perform other duties as needed. Requires high school education, two years manufacturing experience, and proficiency in assigned technical areas.
