Job Summary
Oversee melting and casting production, including mold cleaning, preparation, and equipment maintenance. Plan, organize, and schedule work to minimize interruptions while meeting department objectives. Supervise staff, enforce company policies, resolve employee complaints, and maintain safety and housekeeping standards. Requires high school education, two years manufacturing experience, and proficiency in assigned technical areas. Must be available for required schedules, cross-training, and passing technical tests.
