Production Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead and supervise production employees, oversee scheduling, conduct GMP and safety training, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards; monitor equipment and process control across mixing, fermentation, dividing, molding, proofing, baking, slicing, packaging, and coding; coordinate material supply; maintain documentation for QA and process control; drive continuous improvement to reduce waste and improve efficiency; produce regular production metrics reports; guide disciplinary actions and resolve employee issues; collaborate with other departments; require standing for shifts, ability to work weekends; requires high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and 3 years manufacturing with 1 year supervisory experience; strong leadership, communication, and ERP/MS Office skills.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred in manufacturing management or related field
- 3 years of manufacturing experience
- 1 year of supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and best practices
- Ability to effectively communicate with team members at all levels
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems
