Job Summary
Oversee daily trailer manufacturing operations at Alcom's Montana facility, ensuring work is performed to company standards while supervising, training, and motivating production team members. Schedule, assign, and monitor workflow to meet production targets, deadlines, and delivery objectives. Monitor product quality, enforce adherence to specifications, and maintain accurate records of production performance, labor hours, and materials usage. Promote a safe work environment by ensuring compliance with OSHA regulations and collaborate with engineering, maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues. Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives while conducting performance evaluations and providing coaching to support employee development.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of manufacturing or production supervision experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field preferred
- 3+ years of manufacturing or production supervision experience, preferably in trailer or metal fabrication industries
