Job Summary
Oversee daily milk processing operations including pasteurization, homogenization, filling, and sanitation while leading a team of operators and technicians. Ensure compliance with FDA, PMO, HACCP, and SQF standards by managing Clean-in-Place systems, monitoring equipment performance, and coordinating preventive maintenance. Analyze production data to implement process improvements and collaborate with QA, maintenance, and logistics teams to maintain accurate records for audits. Lead staff to meet safety, quality, and output goals within a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 5 plus years of experience in dairy manufacturing, specifically fluid milk processing
- 2 plus years in a supervisory or management role
- Strong knowledge of pasteurization, homogenization, and dairy packaging systems
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and sanitation procedures
- Bachelor's degree in Dairy Science, Food Technology, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
- Proficiency in production software and data analysis tools
