Production Supervisor

Monitor the production process to ensure systems are followed and actively resolve ongoing processing problems by initiating equipment modifications. Solicit feedback from associates to improve plant processes, facilitate daily AirBoss Operating System meetings, and oversee training while setting goals for Business Unit objectives. Balance safety, quality, productivity, cost, and morale to achieve positive results, manage departmental performance measures with visual controls, and provide coaching to ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety policies. This role requires a minimum of five years of manufacturing experience, preferably in a Lean Environment, and is scheduled for the 2nd shift.
