Job Summary
Facilitate EH&S compliance and performance goals at the Eton site while driving operations excellence through productivity, reliability, and cost reduction. Initiate AP global best practices in safety, operations, and engineering across the Ningbo area, and lead operating teams to ensure safe, efficient plant performance meeting contractual guarantees. Interface with Engineering, Sales, and customers to identify expansion projects, optimize plant reliability, and address routine and growth demands. Provide effective leadership to develop competent, customer-focused teams and maintain close relations with clients to support their operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor+ degree in chemical engineering /process minimum
- Diploma in same as min 5+ years in gas, petrochemical or related industries in operations
- 5+ years in line management of process operations/engineering
- extensive coordination experience in a multi team environment
- Strong leadership, interpersonal skills and customer relation skill
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- able to handle high level communication with customer
- Wide technical knowledge in gas operations and engineering
- Good written and spoken English is preferred
