Job Summary
Lead a team in production operations, ensuring quality and safety compliance. Coach crew members on performance and adherence to safety standards. Conduct investigations for accidents and maintain safety audits. Administer team work assignments and handle payroll processing. Review production data and assist with preventive maintenance. Requires high school diploma or GED, with a preference for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Must have at least 3 years of manufacturing experience and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications

- 3+ years manufacturing/production experience
- Valid driver’s license required for business travel
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field preferred
- Glass manufacturing process knowledge preferred
- Advanced/Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Additional Requirements
- Must be willing and able to work all available shifts
- Regular and predictable attendance required
- Work beyond the traditional 40 hours per week may be required as workload or projects dictate, including weekends and holidays
