Job Summary
Lead and supervise a team of 10–15 production employees to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety objectives are consistently met. Coordinate staffing and daily production activities while providing training, coaching, and development to improve performance and operational effectiveness. Utilize HRIS systems for timekeeping, PTO tracking, and documentation of employee performance and disciplinary actions. Provide clear communication, leadership, and technical guidance to production personnel while addressing issues that may impact productivity, quality, or safety. Requires 3-5 years of production leadership experience within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of production leadership experience within a heavy industrial manufacturing environment (not food&bev, pharma, med device)
- Must be able to lead and supervise a team of 10–15 production employees
- Must be able to ensure production goals, quality standards, and safety objectives are consistently met
- Must be able to coordinate staffing and daily production activities
- Must be able to foster a positive, productive work environment
- Must be able to provide training, coaching, and development to employees and key production team members
- Must be able to utilize HRIS systems for timekeeping, PTO tracking, and documentation of employee performance and disciplinary actions
