Job Summary
Directly supervise 4-30 employees by interviewing, training, assigning work, and resolving complaints in accordance with organizational policies. Drive change initiatives by challenging status quo processes and leading from the front through visible presence on the production floor. Manage production schedules and priorities to ensure steady, uninterrupted output while maintaining time and production records. Train staff on shift operations to capture tribal knowledge and improve product expertise. Assist with machinery diagnostics, safety procedures, and special projects involving building and grounds. Monitor solvent storage to maintain compliance metrics and communicate effectively with other shifts to foster teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree MINIMUM
- minimum of 3 years of prior relevant experience
