Job Summary
Lead a production team to execute processes that transform raw materials into ABB products while ensuring continuous, efficient operation aligned with volumes, schedules, and safety standards. Manage production scheduling to meet demand plan requirements and volume targets, organizing resources to optimize line performance. Identify deficiencies in the production area, propose improvement activities, and oversee implementation of actions to enhance efficiency. Resolve critical product or equipment issues in coordination with internal teams and recommend technical equipment or facility improvements as necessary. This onsite role in Mebane, NC requires a Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of supervisory experience and 2-5 years in production operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- STEM or Engineering degree
- Prior Supervisory or Mentorship experience
- At least 2+ years of Prior Supervisory or Mentorship experience
- At least 2-5 years of prior production line experience
- At least 2-5 years of prior production operations experience
- At least 2-5 years of prior production management experience
- At least 2-5 years of prior inventory management experience
- Work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US
- Onsite location in Mebane, NC
