Production Supervisor

Lead daily manufacturing operations in the designated area, organize and supervise production activities to meet deadlines, quality, and safety standards; collaborate with stakeholders to establish and follow monthly delivery targets; identify opportunities for process, productivity, and quality improvements (lean, Kaizen, automation); sponsor continuous improvement projects; coach, motivate, and develop production team members; work closely with manufacturing engineering, quality, shipping, and internal sales to ensure clear, transparent communication and alignment with management; role requires a degree in Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, Automated Production or related field and at least 5 years of relevant production supervision experience in a manufacturing environment.
