Required Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment
- Preferably with experience in a supervisory role in the aerospace (commercial or defense) industry
Desired Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of supervisory experience in a high-volume production environment
- Fabrication assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
- Knowledge with composite materials
- Experience implementing Lean Six Sigma, 5S best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proven Technical aptitude
