Job Summary
Oversee production in a tech-enabled food production/packaging department; supervise hourly workforce; hire, coach, and develop team; drive continuous improvement to increase yield, reduce cost, and improve quality; partner cross-functionally on growing, process improvement, maintenance; ensure food safety, GMPs, and process controls; manage performance, recruiting, training, and employee development; coordinate with commercial teams on product availability and forecasting; ensure safety; willing to work weekends/holidays; LEAN manufacturing experience.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years in food production and/or operations roles with progressive leadership experience
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, science, engineering or business or equivalent experience preferred
