Production Supervisor 5

Supervise and coordinate production and operating workers while recommending measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, product quality, or efficiency. Review operations with technical or administrative staff to resolve production or processing problems and develop tracking systems that analyze quality control and maintenance data. Hire, train, evaluate, and discharge staff, resolve personal grievances, and prepare production reports and personnel records. Requires high school diploma or GED, minimum four years of experience, and knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and machine maintenance.
