Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift- Vineland ,NJ

The Production Supervisor- 3rd Shift is responsible for overseeing all plant operations during the assigned shift, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and in compliance with quality standards. This role directs and coordinates the workforce, assigns daily tasks, monitors material usage, and resolves operational or personnel issues. The supervisor collaborates with management, supports employee development through training and performance feedback, and ensures adherence to safety and environmental guidelines. Key duties include supervising off-shift production activities, ensuring material accuracy, meeting production quotas, directing daily work orders, coordinating preventive maintenance, assigning employee tasks, liaising with the Quality Inspector and management on issues, maintaining housekeeping and EHS requirements, and performing related duties. Education and/or experience required: High School diploma or GED equivalent; 3-5 years’ experience as a supervisor preferred; strong oral and written communication, reading drawings, computer skills, and time management. The role involves on-site, in-person work on the Vineland, NJ site.
