Job Summary
Production Supervisor leads hourly production staff on the 3rd shift at a PCB manufacturing facility, overseeing lean manufacturing practices, budget and KPI reporting, safety, quality, and delivery goals. Responsibilities include directing first-line supervisors, coordinating with maintenance and engineering, managing budgets and cost analysis, driving continuous improvement, and communicating metrics to stakeholders. Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline or equivalent with at least five years of manufacturing experience; ability to train on first shift if needed; and capability to work weekend hours as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with budgets, cost analysis and reporting
- Proficiency in communicating and coordinating across multiple teams
- Ability to lead and develop hourly production staff
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
